1.1. The Floating Bonus (hereinafter referred to as the "Bonus") is a deposit-based promotional campaign provided by ServiceComsvg LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") allowing Clients to increase their available margin and trading capacity.
1.2. Key features of the Floating Bonus:
- It serves as additional margin support and absorbs drawdown in real-time trading activity. - There are no limitations on the profits generated using the Bonus.
- The Bonus funds are non-withdrawable under any circumstances.
- The Bonus is credited to the "Credit" field in the MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platform and does not constitute a part of the trading account balance.
2.1. The Bonus is available exclusively to verified Clients with active MT4/MT5 M.Premium trading accounts.
2.2. All trading instruments available on M.Premium accounts are eligible for trading with the Bonus.
2.3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit required to receive a Floating Bonus is 50 USD (or equivalent in account currency) per transaction, unless specified otherwise in a particular promotional activity.
2.4. Account Limits: Only one active bonus type is permitted per trading account at any given time. Simultaneous activation or stacking of different bonus campaigns on the same account is strictly prohibited. If a Client wishes to receive a Floating Bonus on an account that already holds another active bonus, the previous bonus must be cancelled or fully cleared first.
3.1. Specific parameters of each individual Floating Bonus campaign (including bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap per deposit/account, and validity period) are specified in the promotional offer details within the Trader’s Room or on the official campaign web pages. 3.2. The percentage of the bonus may vary from 10% to 100% with an adjustable cap per deposit.
3.3. The maximum bonus cap applies strictly to the Bonus amount credited, not to the deposit amount.
4.1. The Bonus must be explicitly requested by the Client during the account funding procedure in the personal client portal (Trader’s Room) by selecting the "Floating Bonus" option on the Deposit page.
4.2. The Bonus will be automatically credited to the exact same real trading account to which the Client’s own funds were deposited.
5.1. The Bonus itself can never be withdrawn.
5.2. Trading profits earned from trading with the Bonus can be withdrawn or transferred at any time, provided all open positions are closed, without causing a deduction of the active Bonus.
5.3. Any withdrawal or internal transfer of the Client’s own funds (original deposit) will result in the immediate and full deduction (100% cancellation) of the remaining active Floating Bonus credited to that account.
5.4. All withdrawal and transfer requests are permitted only when all trading positions on the account are fully closed.
6.1. The Bonus is intended to support legitimate trading activities. Any form of abuse, manipulation, or bad-faith participation in the promotional program is strictly prohibited.
6.2. If the Company suspects or identifies any prohibited activity or abuse, it reserves the exclusive right, without prior notice, to:
- Disqualify the Client from the promotion. - Immediately cancel, withhold, or deduct all credited Bonus funds.
- Block access to services or terminate the Client Agreement temporarily or permanently.
7.1. ServiceComsvg LLC reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion or any of its terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Participation in the Forex and CFD markets involves significant risk to your capital. The provision of bonus margin should not be a deciding factor when making investment or trading decisions.
7.3. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to pay any applicable taxes and fees arising from bonus participation in accordance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
7.4. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the original English version shall prevail.
