"Floating bonus" Terms & Conditions

The Floating Bonus (hereinafter called Bonus) is a time-limited promo campaign allowing traders to increase their available margin.

Main terms:

1. Bonus is a deposit bonus that supports drawdown during real-time trading activity.
2. There are no limitations on the profits generated.
3. Any withdrawals or internal transfers are subject to the Bonus deduction, the specifics of which are detailed in the “How to withdraw Bonus” section of these T&C.
4. Each promo campaign has its own trading terms, which are: percent from deposit, claiming period, geography, duration. These terms are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5. The Bonus itself is non-withdrawable.
6. The Bonus is only available for clients with verified Trader’s Room.
7. The Bonus is applicable to MT4/MT5 M.Premium accounts at the time of deposit to these accounts.

1. The Bonus is offered by ServiceComsvg LLC (the Company) to its Clients under the following Terms.
2. By applying for the Bonus, the Client acknowledges that he or she has read and agreed to be bound by the Bonus Terms and Conditions as well as the Company Terms and Conditions.
3. The Bonus is a percent based deposit bonus campaign available for verified clients with MT4/MT5 M.Premium accounts only.
4. Only one bonus may be claimed per account at a time : either a deposit bonus or a floating bonus. The simultaneous claiming of both bonuses is prohibited.
5. The bonus acts as additional margin support during trading, which can prevent margin calls or stop-outs during high volatility periods.
6. The Bonus can be used to help cover potential losses on trades.
7. The Bonus is not a part of the trading account balance and is displayed in the “Credit” field in the MetaTrader platform.
8. The Bonus contributes to the account's margin, enabling to open larger positions. The bonus is included in the margin calculation as if it were part of the own funds.
9. The Bonus campaign is a time-limited campaign, provided by a Company during the promotional period.

1. Each client’s profile registered on the Company website and verified is subject to one active deposit bonus at a time.
2. The Bonus is requested while depositing in a client’s personal area - Trader’s Room. A client should click the “Floating” button in the Deposit page section.
3. The amount of the Bonus is a percent of the client’s deposit, which percent might differ in different bonus campaigns. After receiving the Bonus, participants will have an exact number of calendar days for trading, which might differ in different bonus campaigns.
4. The Bonus will only be credited to the exact same real trading account that was deposited by the client's own funds.

1. The Bonus can’t be withdrawn under any circumstances.
2. Withdrawals and transfers are permitted only when all trading positions are closed. No withdrawals or transfers are permitted otherwise.
3. The Participant can withdraw accrued profits and earlier deposits from trading accounts. These profits are considered the client’s funds and are available for withdrawal according to the company's standard withdrawal policies.
4. Any withdrawal request will result in a percentage deduction from the active bonus amount. This percentage is calculated as: (Withdrawal Amount / Available Balance) * 100% at the time of the withdrawal request. For example, if you withdraw $100 from a balance of $500, 20% (100/500 = 0.2) will be deducted from your active bonus amount.
5. The Bonus is not transferable and is solely limited to the recipient of this offer.

1. At all times, ServiceComsvg LLC reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this promotion without any prior notice to current or prospective promotion participants.
2. If the Company suspects that a Promotion participant has abused or attempted to abuse a Promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards MTrading, MTrading’ reserves the right to deny, withhold, cancel or withdraw from that participant the credit bonus, and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this promotion and client agreement with respect to that Promotion participant, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate that participant`s access to the services and/or block that participant`s account(s).
3. Most deposit instruments are subject to a commission or fee by a third party. It is a client’s responsibility to provide sufficient deposit levels, excluding the commission, in order to be eligible for an appropriate bonus category.
4. Trading in the Forex and CFD markets entails significant risk. Participation in the Forex and CFD markets should not be undertaken unless the Trader is fully aware of and understands the risks involved in trading. Participation in this promotion should not be a motivating factor when considering participation in the Forex and CFD markets.
5. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all applicable taxes and fees on bonuses in their country are paid.
6. In case of any ambiguity or conflict or inconsistency between different translations of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
7. In case of additional questions related to the Promotion, Participants may contact MTrading at support@mtrading.com or contact their personal account-manager.

“New Client” – An individual or corporation who, at the time of enrolment into this Promotion, does not have any live accounts or earlier registrations in the Trader’s Room at MTrading.

“Company” – ServiceComsvg LLC registered at PO Box 2897, Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, VC0100.

“Existing Client” – An individual or corporation who, at the moment of enrolment into this Promotion, has, or earlier was in possession of, any of the following accounts:

• Registration in the Trader’s Room of MTrading;
• Real trading account (currently active or deactivated).

“Participant” – An M.Premium user who applied for the bonus through the Trader’s Room or at support@mtrading.com in case wire transfer was used.

“Account funding”, “deposit” – A money operation that adds new money to a client`s real trading account through means of payment offered by MTrading. Internal transfers, balance adjustments, other cash bonus credits, IB/partner rewards or commissions will not be considered an account funding operation.
