"MTrading Super Draw" Terms and Conditions

1.1. "MTrading Super Draw" campaign is a promotional campaign (hereafter - "Campaign") organized by MTrading (ServiceComsvg LLC - hereafter "Company").
1.2. The campaign is offered to the residents of Malaysia and Singapore only.
1.3. This campaign will run from the 24th of August 2026 until the 7th of September 2026. 1.4. The campaign is open for new and existing MTrading clients only.
1.5. The promotional campaign is valid for M.PREMIUM and M.PRO accounts only.

2.1. Clients must make a minimum deposit of 100 USD in a single transaction to enroll in the Campaign.
2.2.  Only gold and currencies are considered for this promotion.

3.1. The winners will be determined strictly by the highest "PnL per Lot" metric (Total Profit divided by Total Lots Traded) achieved during the Campaign period.
3.2. To qualify for the guaranteed "Everybody Wins" reward of 50 MPoints, clients must accumulate at least 10 lots via trading throughout the duration of the campaign period. (Adapted rule requirement)
3.3. Prize winners agree to participate in the campaign-related publicity and marketing activities organized by MTrading, including interviews, photos, and public announcements through various media channels. In such cases, MTrading agrees not to disclose the winner's personal information (such as the name, the last name and contact info) without the winners' prior consent. 

3.4. The prize value includes all expenses, listed in table 1.

4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the rules in case of unforeseen events or errors.
4.2. If the Company suspects that a Campaign participant has abused or attempted to abuse a Campaign or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards MTrading, MTrading' reserves the right to deny, withhold or cancel any given prizes from the company side and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this Campaign and client agreement with respect to that Campaign participant, either temporarily or permanently or to terminate that participant's access to the services and/or block that participant's account(s).
4.3. Participation should not be undertaken unless the Trader is fully aware of and understands the risks involved in trading.
